As part of the latest Speybl update, we've added several new features to make your HR management even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:
Setting up attendance approvals on employee details
On the employee detail in the "Attendance" tab, you can now set the option to automatically approve the attendance of the employee in the "Attendance Approval Settings" section at the bottom. This functionality will allow you to approve an employee's attendance automatically immediately after creating their record.
Another functionality is the ability to select the competent persons who can approve the attendance of a given employee. It is possible to select one or more competent persons.
In addition to adding new features, we have made the following improvements:
- Language selection on the login and registration page
It is now possible to change the language of the login and registration page.
- Improvements to the automatic logout feature
Improvements have been made to the automatic logout functionality to prevent inactivity from being misjudged. The improvements made make automatic logout more intuitive for users.
As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes have been made.
