As part of the latest Speybl update, we've added several new features to make your HR management even easier and more efficient. Here's an overview of these new features:¨

Input Questionnaires

The Input Questionnaires feature is designed to simplify the process of gathering information from potential and newly created employees. With this feature, you can easily create a profile of a potential employee, obtain the necessary information from them via an intake questionnaire, approve the information, and transfer it to the application with a single click. Input questionnaires can also be sent to newly created employees who have not yet established active access to the application environment.

In addition to adding new features, we have made the following enhancements:

  • Edit branch information
It is now possible to select the option for a branch to be a separate company. Within this setting, it is possible to record the branch ID and VAT number for this separate company.
It is also possible to upload a selected signature for the branch or standalone company. Simply upload the signature file.

  • Extension of available wildcards for the document generation process for assets and employees
In addition to the existing wildcards for generating documents relating to employee information, it is now possible to use these wildcards for the asset category. For assets, new wildcards can be used for e.g. the name of the asset, its serial number, date of delivery, etc.

  • Improvement of signature settings
It is now possible for a signature uploaded to the application within a branch/company to contain only the so-called company stamp and the signature itself can then be manually signed by the responsible person. In connection with this, it is possible to set up automatic signing of the document by the company. By activating this option, the signature of the responsible person is automatically filled in. Otherwise, if automatic signing is not desired, the responsible person receives a request to sign the document, which he or she can sign on the basis of the request.

As part of the update, improvements have also been made to security, application responsiveness, and minor bugs and bug fixes.
