This menu tab allows you to set up and manage documents in the application environment.
Logo settings for documents
Within the document settings, you have the option to add a custom company logo that will be automatically inserted into all your generated documents.
This will ensure that your documents have a consistent and professional appearance, adding to your corporate identity and credibility.
Signature settings for documents
In addition to your logo, you also have the option to insert your own signature into your documents. This signature can be, for example, a digital signature that is placed at a specific location in the generated document.
This feature is useful for ensuring the authenticity of documents and increasing their legal significance.
Within the "Signature" section, which can also be found in this tab, you can easily upload your own signature, which is then displayed at the desired location in the document.
Responsible person settings
A responsible person is a person authorised to appear on company documents, to be responsible and to act on behalf of the company.
For example, this can be a department manager, project manager or company representative. Within Document Settings, you have the ability to automate the insertion of responsible person information into your documents.
This means that for document generation purposes, the details of the relevant responsible person will be automatically included in the document template.
