We have prepared a short summary of the most important features of the Speybl employee access. We want to make it easier for you to navigate the application environment and give you a quick overview of our features that you can use.
We will now introduce you to the individual menu tabs and show you where your first steps through the application can go.
Website
On the Employee Access Noticeboard you can find all the important things in one place. Here you can see your personal information, such as your time spent in the company, the number of days of untaken leave or a graph of your attendance. You can also manage today's attendance or create and submit requests to your supervisor.
My profile
A section for managing your personal profile. Here you can edit your personal data, keep track of your personal files (e.g. employment contract, payroll, etc.) or see an overview of the company assets entrusted to you.
Employees
In the employees tab you can manage your employee account. You can also find a list of company employees here. You can see their contact details, the branch they work in or which tax team they belong to. You can also find a tree of the company structure and teams.
Attendance
In the attendance section you can apply for leave or record other types of attendance (e.g. sick days, training, etc.). You can easily keep track of your attendance in a clear chart. You can apply for leave, record time worked or time spent in the Home Office. You can also access your complete attendance history.
Tip: Notifications can be found to the left of the manage your account option, under the bell icon. When you receive a new notification, e.g. approval of a reported vacation, the indicator next to the bell will light up.
