Bulk upload
This function allows you to upload pay slips in bulk to the system. Simply upload a file containing pay slips in a suitable format and the system will automatically recognise to whom each pay slip should be assigned.
Automatic recipient recognition
When importing payslips, you can use the file names to automatically assign payslips to individual employees.
The system can identify employees by the information contained in the file name, which greatly simplifies the process and minimizes the need for manual data entry.
Payroll security
You also have the option to password secure your payroll. This feature increases the security of the data being transmitted and protects sensitive employee payroll information.
Once imported, the system will allow you to enter a password to decrypt pay stubs and correctly assign them to employees.
