Wall and document creation

The "Internal Documents" section is linked to the internal documents section found on your bulletin board. Creating internal documents for the company can also be done quickly and easily from there. 

 

Listing and creating new internal documents and categories

In this section, you will find an overview of the internal documents placed on the bulletin board. You can browse through them and create new documents directly from this section, or from the corresponding "Internal Documents" section located on the bulletin board. 

In order to create a new internal document, you must first have created the appropriate category. This measure ensures that internal documents can be kept clear even if a large number of them are already shared with staff. 

You can create a category in the menu tab "Internal documents" by clicking on the "New category" button (the button with the folder icon). 
You can then assign the newly created categories to the newly created internal documents. 

 

Read confirmation

For better tracking, it is possible to set that an internal document requires a reading confirmation from the employee. This will ensure that employees actively respond to new information and internal instructions.

You can set the confirmation when creating a new internal document by activating the "Require read" slider. 
This puts you in control of the efficient management and filing of internal documents on the notice board.
