This tab provides an overview table of all the checklist templates you have already created. You can clearly see the exact number of currently active checklists from the respective template. 
In order to be able to work with checklists further, you first need to create and set up a checklist template. 

 

Creating a new checklist template

To create a new template, click on the button that creates a new checklist template (the button with the "+" icon). You will then be able to define the name of the checklist. its type and, after creating it, add a list of tasks to be completed to complete it on its detail page (button with an eye icon). 

 

Creating tasks

Within the created templates, you can already define a specific list of tasks that need to be completed to successfully complete the checklist.
For each task, in addition to the name and description of the task, you can also set a default completion date for the task and a default person responsible for completing the task.

 

Possibility to assign multiple checklist templates at the same time

An employee can be assigned more than one active checklist at a time. There is no limit to the number of active checklists and it is therefore possible to assign checklists to employees completely as needed.
