In this section you can find a list of active checklists with required tasks that you have created and that you can assign to individual employees.
The list of active checklists gives you an overview of the tasks that are currently being performed by individual employees. You can see a list of all employees who have been assigned to a checklist and monitor their progress through the tasks and their successful completion.
Defining checklist templates
In order to work with checklists, you first need to create and set up a checklist template.
To create the checklist itself, you can use the tab in the Checklists → Templates menu, where you can manage individual checklists.
Creating tasks
Within these templates, you can already define a specific list of tasks that need to be completed to successfully complete the checklist.
For each task, in addition to the name and description of the task, you can also set a default completion date for the task and a default person responsible for completing the task.
Once an employee has been assigned a task, it will be displayed on the task board in the tasks tab (this tab can be found next to the "My Note" tab).
Possibility to assign multiple checklist templates at the same time
An employee can have more than one active checklist assigned at the same time. There is no limit to the number of active checklists and it is therefore possible to assign checklists to employees as required.
Overview of active checklists
In the active checklists overview you can see all active checklists that are currently assigned to an employee. In addition, you can see at a glance the progress that the selected employee has already made within the checklist.
Using the button to view the checklist details (eye icon), you can view the complete list of tasks that the employee has to complete to successfully complete the checklist. Completed tasks are clearly marked with a cross and a green "check mark".
Use of checklists
An appropriate use of checklists may be for onboarding or offboarding purposes, for example. Appropriately designed checklists with defined tasks for effective integration into the company, you have the possibility to assign to individual employees so that they can successfully and effectively integrate into the team.
Checklists can also be used to assign a more complex task or project that contains individual sub-tasks that need to be completed. These sub-tasks can also have deadlines set and this provides the ability to control the timeliness of the individual sub-tasks of the checklist.
