Test administration
This tab allows you to create and then manage tests.
All already created tests can be managed in a table where you can always see the name of the test, the date of creation and the possibility of editing it (eye icon).
Creating tests
Similar to appointment tracking or training, you can create tests directly in the test overview table.
For each test, you can set its name and description, your desired pass threshold for the test, and whether you want to make the test available to other members of the company or just prepare it in advance for easy future use.
Editing tests
After clicking on the edit button for the test (eye icon), you will be taken to the test detail page where you can make detailed settings.
Creating questions
For each test, you can set any number of questions to be of the appropriate type.
Each question must always have a title, a description of the question, a type, and a point value that will be given to the respondent for answering it correctly.
When creating a question, you can also set whether the question should be mandatory or optional.
Types of questions
For each question, you need to choose the type of question. There is a choice between a question with one correct answer and one with multiple correct answers.
Saving a question and setting individual answer options
Once you have set up your question and saved it (save button at the bottom of the form), a new window will open allowing you to add options to the answer. To create options for a question, click on the "+" icon.
Selecting the correct answers
Once you have created all the options for a question, you can select one correct answer or multiple correct answers from these options, depending on the type of question you have chosen.
You can mark the selected option as the correct answer by clicking on the pencil icon next to the option. You can then switch the slider to mark the correct answer and confirm the change.
This procedure will mark the correct answers for all questions in your test.
Evaluation of tests
Once an employee has successfully completed a given test, you can see their result on the test detail in the "Records" section. At the top of the detail you can also see the average success rate and the number of respondents who have already completed the test.
