Archiving employees, potential employees and freelancers
Employee archiving allows you to move records of former employees to the archive without completely deleting them. This is useful for preserving historical data, such as previous positions, performance, or compensation.
For potential employees who were not hired, you can also use the archive to preserve their information. This way, you have a record of all previous applicants and can easily review the history of the recruitment process.
You can also create archive records for external hires, which allows you to track the history of working with external partners, even if they are no longer active in the system. This makes it easier for future collaborations or possible follow-up contacts.

Where in the application can you move an employee or collaborator to the archive
The process is very simple. Simply click on the detail of the desired employee, prospective employee or freelancer, click on the options (the three dots icon displayed below) and select archive. Once this action is confirmed, the employee will be moved to the archive.
