Use of entry questionnaires
Input questionnaires simplify the process of gathering information from potential employees and newly created employees in the application, and then entering it into the application. This feature eliminates the need for the employee to set up active access to the application in order to fill in the required personal information.
How entry questionnaires work and how to send them to potential employees
After creating a new potential employee in the relevant section of the application, only three important details need to be filled in - first name, last name and email. You then need to choose from these options what data you will require from the employee. Based on the selected data, a questionnaire will be generated and you will get only the data you need in the application. Newly created employees in the application who do not have active access can be sent the same way.
How the employee fills in the entry questionnaire
The employee will receive an email inviting them to complete the entry questionnaire at their email address. After clicking on the link found in the email, he/she will be redirected to a web address outside the application where he/she will fill in the required data in the relevant fields of the questionnaire.
What happens after the questionnaire has been completed and submitted
Once the employee completes the questionnaire and enters the submission instructions, the questionnaire is automatically sent to your user account in the Speybl application. The completed questionnaire can be found in the approval requests. You can view the questionnaire and choose to approve or reject the completed questionnaire.
Approving the questionnaire and uploading the data to the employee
Once the entry questionnaire has been approved, the completed data is automatically uploaded to the relevant employee in your application account. You can then make any adjustments to the details of this employee.
Employee already has active access to the application
In the case where the employee already has active access to the application, the Data Update Request is no longer used to obtain the necessary data. The principle of operation is very similar to the entry questionnaire. The employee will also receive an email asking him to update the required data, he will update the data and you will be sent a request to approve this change. TIP: Once you have transferred the employee's details to Speybl using the entry questionnaire and decided to employ him/her, you can simply convert the employee to an employee or freelancer with a single click.
On the employee detail page, in the "Overview" section, just click on the employee settings button (the button marked with three dots) and select "change employee type".
