Graphical representation of the evolution of the number of employees over the last 12 months. The graph is made up of new employees or departures from the company. Description of operation: the number of employees corresponds to the number of new employees. If there is a departure in a given month, it will be reflected in the following month. New employees are those who have been assigned a position. For example, even if the employee was entered into the system in January and a position was created for him in March, he will not show up as a new employee until the month of March. Employees who have been moved to the archive are considered outgoing. They will only appear in the following month, i.e. if they were moved on 1 January, they will appear in the blue graph for the rest of January and will also appear in the orange graph of departures. In February, the blue graph will drop. Employees who do not have an assigned position may be in the system.
