This section provides you with a clear and graphically appealing display of important indicators that will allow you to better understand the employee dynamics in your organization.

In this panel you can see the current number of employees, the number of new employees or the number of departures.

One of the features of the general analysis is a clear graphical overview of the evolution of the employee headcount over the last 12 months. This chart allows you to track trends and changes in headcount, which is important for planning and managing staff development.

Another useful chart is an overview of average salaries by team. This figure will give you an overview of the differences in pay between different teams and will serve as a useful tool for fair and balanced remuneration of employees.

To better understand team consistency, the analysis also offers a chart of average tenure by team. This figure allows you to identify teams with high employee retention rates and teams where turnover is more frequent.

To keep track of the location of your employees, the analysis offers a breakdown of employees by main branch. This figure allows you to gain information about the concentration of employees in each branch and, where appropriate, make strategic decisions regarding staff planning and optimization. For the calculation, the main working branch is taken into account, which can be found in the Settings for the specific employee.
