The application allows detailed tracking of costs from the employer's side as well as from the employee's side. For individual benefits, it is possible to set in detail whether the benefit is partially or fully paid by the employee, etc.

For the purpose of analysis, the application functionality can be used for detailed evaluation of the use and effectiveness of company benefits. The analytical tools in the "Analysis" tab allow you to get an overview of the most popular benefits, costs and benefits for employees and the company as a whole. This data can then be used for long-term evaluation of the popularity and usefulness of individual company benefits.
