You have a wide range of options for setting it up on the details page of a particular evaluation. This feature allows you to thoroughly customize and optimize the settings of a given evaluation and provides you with valuable information about employee performance in relation to that evaluation.
For a selected evaluation, you can edit its basic information such as title, description and key values. You can also define thresholds that define the desired target results for the evaluation. This gives you a clear framework for evaluating the performance of individual employees afterwards.
Another option on the appraisal detail page is to set up the individual metrics you want to track within a given indicator. Metrics allow you to get more detailed performance information and more accurately measure progress toward the goals that have been set for the evaluation. You can also set up to two thresholds for each metric.
You also have the ability to assign already prepared evaluations to specific employees. This then allows you to individually monitor employee performance within a given evaluation.
Last but not least, you have the possibility to clearly evaluate the performance of all employees who have been assigned a given evaluation in one place. You can simply mark whether or not an employee has met the evaluation. This option allows you to evaluate employee performance and contributes to an objective and transparent evaluation of their work.
