A table of all development plans is available to you via this menu tab.
The development and evaluation templates offer an effective tool for planning and monitoring the growth of individual employees. In this tab, you can define the individual goals and tasks that employees must complete as part of their development.
Defining tasks and goals for employees
Each template allows you to clearly define the tasks and goals that an employee must achieve. These goals should always be adapted to the specific needs and expectations of your company.
Creating a new development plan
In the Development and Appraisal Templates tab you have the possibility to create new development plans, which you can then set up in more detail.
To create a new development, simply fill in its name, its description and the costs you have defined for the development.
Customizing a development plan and assigning it to an employee
You can set up the development template in more detail by clicking on the edit button (eye icon).
On the template detail page, you then have individual options for setting up the template.
In addition to editing the basic development information, you can also create individual tasks that the employee must complete in order to successfully complete the development plan.
You add tasks in the "Tasks" section by filling in their name and confirming their creation (the "+" button).
