This section provides you with a comprehensive overview of the employee and their working environment. At the beginning of this section you will find the time the employee has spent in the company, as well as information about the remaining vacation days. This initial overview allows you to quickly obtain important information about the employee.

The next part of the section contains settings for personal information and important data. If you need to update any of the employee's information, simply click on the pencil icon to make the necessary adjustments. The button with the three dots icon then gives you the ability to perform various operations on the employee.

In this section you will also find a space for personal notes about the employee. Here you can record any information that you find useful for other work situations.

The area called "Skills" is also an important part of this section. Here you can record both the so-called Hard skills, i.e. the employee's education and certifications, as well as Soft skills, which relate to their personality traits and strengths. These skills can be very useful when filtering employees using the filter found on the "Employees" tab in the "Overview" section.

There are other useful sections on the employee detail in the "Overview" tab. For example, a section for entering the employee's address and contact persons, managing user access, setting up alerts, and also a history of all change requests that the employee has submitted. This variety of sections allows you to comprehensively manage and track employees in our application.
