Records of potential employees
In this section, you can clearly register potential employees who are applying for a position in your company or with whom you have open negotiations for external cooperation.
Easy transfer of already registered data
Once a selected potential employee has been accepted as an employee or external collaborator, there is no need to overwrite or copy any already recorded information about them.
Simply change the type from potential employee to employee or freelancer with one click.
This can be done on the detail page of the potential employee. Immediately upon arriving at that employee's detail, you can see the word 'Potential' clearly marked next to that potential employee's avatar and name. To move, simply click on the pencil icon found next to this highlighted word and change the employee to the desired type.
When moving an internal employee, you can also directly select their role in the company (job title) or tick the option to create active access to the application.
In case of moving between external employees, just select the appropriate option and confirm the selection.
The potential employee is thus moved to the desired type of co-workers.
Possibility to create an entry questionnaire for potential employees
You have the option to create an intake questionnaire for potential employees to easily obtain the information you need about them.
You can submit an entry questionnaire for a potential employee in the following way:
1) Create a potential employee
In the potential section you create a new potential employee.
2)Select the option to send the entry questionnaire
At the bottom of the new potential employee creation window, check the "Request data update" option and select which data you want the employee to fill in.
3) Automatically upload the completed data to the potential employee's profile.
Once the required data has been successfully filled in and then sent back to you, you can confirm this data by having the newly obtained values and information about the potential employee automatically written to their profile.
4) Change type and move between employees or freelancers
The information collected through the entry questionnaire will also be automatically overwritten along with the change of employee type - transferring to employee or freelancer.
Possibility to use your own "tags" for clearer work with potential employees
You can create and assign appropriate tags (labels) to potential employees to help you sort or search through your list of potential employees more efficiently. You can also use them, for example, to simplify filing and filtering by their soft skills or hard skills.
Ability to upload files to potential employees
You have the possibility to upload important files to potential employees that are related to the candidate. This option can help you keep a clear record of each employee's CV or interview notes.
