In this section, you can choose between two ways to view the company structure. The first view is the view by teams and the second view is the view by individual employees.
You can easily switch between the above mentioned structures using the two switches that can be found at the top of the table on the "Structure" tab in the menu.
Structure by team
In this structure, you can see the structure of the functioning of teams and their parent teams, which reflects the real functioning of teams or departments in your company.
In this structure, you also have the ability to create teams and assign parent teams to them, which allows you to clearly create a diagram of the team structure in your company that you can then visually and clearly see.
It is also possible to assign a team leader to each team, who is responsible for the running of that team as well as its individual members.
Structure by employees
In this section of the structure you can see the structure of the company by individual employees. The structure is based on the individual positions that these employees hold within the company and also on the settings of their superiors and subordinates in the application. Based on these settings, the structure is generated and displayed in this structure section.
An employee is always assigned a supervisor and may have one or more subordinates assigned to them.
The structure is defined by who has what permissions to view each other, so the higher the job position an employee holds in the company and the higher the permission level, the more employees can see in the generated view structure.
